All of our clothing and accessories are custom made to order. By completing checkout, you confirm that all details — including size, color, and custom design — are correct and final. Because our items are made specially for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed, except in cases of manufacturing defects or quality issues. To keep your custom pieces looking their best, please follow these care guidelines:- Gentle wash in cold water
- Turn garment inside out before washing
- Hang dry only
- Do not place in dryer or iron directly on design
4. Shipping
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow the stated processing time listed at checkout for your custom piece to be created and shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.5. Pricing & Availability
