All of our items are custom-made just for you. By completing your checkout, you acknowledge and agree that your order is a custom design, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance, except in the case of a verified quality issue with the merchandise. If you believe your item has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description of the problem. To qualify for review, all washing instructions must have been carefully followed, as improper care can affect the garment and void eligibility for replacement.Washing Instructions
To preserve the quality and longevity of your custom design:- Gently machine wash cold, inside out
- Use a mild detergent
- Hang dry only — never put in the dryer
- Do not iron directly on the design or rhinestones
